Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

RightLawyerUSA ("we," "us") is a lead generation service operated by Captivating Message Unipessoal Lda. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how it's used.

Information we collect

When you complete our form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about your accident. We also automatically collect technical data including your IP address, browser and device information, and the page you arrived from. Our forms use TrustedForm by ActiveProspect, a consent-verification technology that documents your form session, including a replay of the form being completed, to create a certificate of your consent.

How we use your information

We use your information to connect you with independent attorneys and legal service providers who may be able to assist with your inquiry. This is the core purpose of the service: when you submit a request, your information is shared with one or more attorneys, law firms, or legal marketing networks in our partner network so they can contact you about your inquiry. We may also use your information to operate and improve the website, measure advertising performance (including through Meta and similar advertising platforms, using hashed identifiers), comply with legal obligations, and maintain records of your consent.

Calls and texts

If you provide consent on our form, you may be contacted by phone, text message, or email by us or by the partners your inquiry is shared with, as described in the consent language on the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent with any party by following their opt-out instructions or replying STOP to texts.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve advertising. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.

Sharing

We share information with: (a) the attorneys, law firms, and legal lead networks your inquiry is directed to; (b) service providers that support our operations (hosting, analytics, consent verification, communications); and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for purposes disconnected from your inquiry.

Retention

We retain lead and consent records, including TrustedForm certificates, for at least five years to meet contractual and legal record-keeping obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@rightlawyerusa.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are a California resident and wish to opt out of sharing, use the same contact.

Children

This service is intended for individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; the current version will always be posted here.
